I made this and came out ok. Next time I will not use a pie plate but a bigger dish to cook in. When I put the egg mixture into the pie plate it was too much and some of it poured out of the dish.

This recipe for "Vegetable-Cheddar Quiche" is delicious. It is a good recipe to share with anyones interest in a particularly fine pie. Make this recipe for your family and a second one with meat highlighted as well. The set of Quiche will be happily received by your family and/or friends!!! :-)

I made this for a brunch and it was a hit. I used all fresh veggies plus added some fresh spinach also. Easy and good. This was my first time making a quiche and it was easy and yummy. I will add a little more seasoning next time but had several compliment it and want the recipe.

I've made this twice for guests using fresh yellow and orange sweet peppers and chopped onion instead of the frozen pepper/onion mix, and both times it was so delicious that I had to provide the recipe. I have prepared it the day before and then just reheated, foil-covered, in a low oven next day. This one's a winner!!

Delicious and easy...everyone loved it and has asked for it to be made again and again. I did have to cook it a little longer than listed in the recipe but it came out great. :o)

Great recipe. I will make it over & over. My husband, clildren, and even my grandchildren love it. I made it for a family reunion, every one ask for the recipe. Mother ask where i got it, my mother-in-law ask me to make it for her as she does not cook any more. So every time i make it i take her some. Thanks a lot, GOD bless all of you, Darlene p.s. I give this recipe 10 stars, it's that good.

This recipe does not set up. It tastes ok, but the flour makes the eggs slimy and the entire quiche is mushy. I made two pilsbury quiches for christmas breakfast (the broccoli, potato, and bacon quiche and this vegetable-cheddar quiche. The broccoli one came out perfectly set, and delicious. The veggie one was not good; at all. only two pieces were eaten out of the veggie one. The broccoli one was completely polished off. don't make this. It won't come out good; plus all the cheese in it makes pools of oil and fat...ick. This recipe earns an F in my cook book. Never again

I''d reduce the peppers and onions to 1 cup, add 1/2 cup shredded jack cheese in addition to cheddar, use whole milk, 1/2 teaspoon ground chiles, recommend using fresh sliced mushrooms, sauteed in butter for best result. I like using the Pillsbury crusts because they''re tried and true. In my family, I''d add 6 slices crisp bacon, chopped. Alternative veggie ingredient: 1 cup chopped, steamed asparagus. Very good.

Brunch, lunch or dinner''s a breeze thanks to this easy, tasty quiche! I used to make a similar style quiche, from scratch, that used a few alternate or additional ingredients and took a while to prepare. It was a favorite and always got ''rave reviews'' from my family. And yes, real men do eat quiche...probably more so if you use this recipe. In fact the ''men in my life'' (hubby and sons) liked it so much I had to make two at a time. Now I have to double this Vegetable-Cheddar quiche but it''s so much quicker, with less prep. time. Eat and enjoy - this is delicious!
