Ingredients

tablespoons all-purpose flour

lb. veal stew meat

(8-oz.) can tomato sauce

(5-oz.) can (1/3 cup) evaporated milk

tablespoons paprika

tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

oz. (6 cups) uncooked egg noodles

Directions

  1. 1 In resealable plastic bag, combine flour and salt; shake to mix. Add veal; shake until evenly coated. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add veal; cook about 10 minutes or until browned, turning occasionally.
  2. 2 In 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker, combine veal and all remaining ingredients except noodles.
  3. 3 Cover; cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. 4 About 15 minutes before serving, cook noodles as directed on package. Stir veal mixture; serve over noodles.
