I've made these a couple of times and they've always been a big hit. I used jalapeno stuffed olives once and they went faster than the garlic ones. I love some of the ideas in the comments and the next time I make them, I am going to change them up a little more.

These sound good. However, my wife doesn't eat green olives, so I'd leave them out here. But, she does like black olives, so I might try those (stuffing my own olives), or maybe just some with only the garlic. The garlic should be roasted when they're done. O just start with roasted garlic cloves to begin with.

These were a hit at my halloween party. You could use any stuffed olive and I think it would be just as good. This recipe is easy and versatile.

I loved this recipe but I used the pillsbury pizza dough. When I rolled it out I sprinkled it with garlic powder and shredded mozzarella cheese, cut into 32 strips and rolled the garlic and jalapeno stuffed olives. Absolutely delicious. I have had to make them every week end since because my family can't get enough.

Really liked this recipe. Used a jar of garlic olives and a jar of jalapeno. Both excellent, but jalapeno went first. I used crescent rounds and they covered the olives better.

Took these to a party, they were gone in less than an hour! I'd like to try them with blue cheese stuffed olives. Make sure the dough is really cold or it just gets gooey instead of sticking to the olives.
