Upside-Down Shepherd's Pie

cups mashed potato flakes

slices precooked bacon, crumbled

(12-oz.) jar beef gravy

tablespoons chili sauce

cups Green Giant™ Frozen Mixed Vegetables

lb. cooked roast beef (from deli), cut into 1/4 to 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. In medium saucepan, combine water and margarine. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add milk. With fork, stir in potato flakes until moistened. Stir in bacon. Spread mixture evenly in bottom and up sides of sprayed pan.
  • 2 In medium skillet, combine gravy, chili sauce and vegetables. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in beef. Spoon evenly into potato crust.
  • 3 Bake at 350°F. for 20 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
