To Jennie D and all others watching their salt/sodium ...delete the garlic salt as Jennie D recommended,but, also remember that all barbecue sauce has a high salt content. Once you make these substitutes, it sounds like a tasty and much lower in salt meal! Lyn

I rubbed the Chicken on both sides then put it back into the fridge for 30 minutes. . . . .then grilled. It was GREAT!!!!!!!!

While this has a yummy taste, the sodium level is really high on this recipe. For those on a low sodium diet substitute real minced garlic for garlic salt for a healthier version.

One of the best rubs I ever made for the grill. It even makes pork roasts taste extra delicious. I love to grill roasts and also smoke them. Great flavors that way
