I made this but Removed potato leaving the skin. I then added 2 teaspoons of apple sauce and a few raisins to the mixture. Then I restuffed the potatoes and made the topping like a crumble.. My daughter is allergic to nuts .. so I didnt use the pecans.. was a wonderful side dish.
