Just loved this dish. I am not a fan of sweet potatores but always fix them because my husband loves them. This dish converted me to a lover of the dark orange vegtable! This is delicious.

What a very easy and yummy way to make sweet potatoes! I made them the day before Thanksgiving to let the flavors meld. They were presented just like the picture and everyone was impressed. Presentation is everything, along with a delicious taste. Not many leftovers, but the ones that were, were simply divine. Definitely a keeper. I will make this dish again!! P.S that should be 5 STARS!!!

I can't figure out why this recipe only has 3 stars. It's delish. Our two different families have both requested it for Thanksgiving this year. It's different and so yummy. Also easy to make. Seriously, everyone loves it. Def a recipe to keep on file and make year after year. If you are on the fence, make it!

Great dish that can be made a day ahead. Keeps well in oven if dinner is delayed. Everyone enjoyed and asked for recipe.

If you want to spice up the meal, add extra pepper and substitute red onion for the green onion.

This was an awesome dish for Thanksgiving. I made it a bit spicy somehow, but I really enjoyed it. I guess I would probably use less onions and pepper next time to cut down on the spiciness. Will make again in the future!
