This Tuscan Splendor Spinach Braid looks fabulous, and I will definitely try it. I think it would also make a wonderful luncheon dish if cut into larger slices and served with a salad.
As an appetizer, unless seated at a table with a knife and fork, it might be difficult and messy to eat. I certainly would serve it as a first course, however.
