In my opinion - taste is what really matters and this recipe is excellent. I love the Italian flair...it brings back memories of my travels to Italy.

Absolutely fantastic! I made this for several moms and their children in my neighborhood for a group playdate/lunch. The moms and kids both loved it equally! This is a party pleaser for all ages. Congrats! You are the winner! Thanks for an equally delicious and easy recipe.

I agree with everyone else that said this was "WOW"! What attracted me was the pesto -- my favorite part turned out to be the crust. Even my 2 year old ate her whole piece! I chose to make this receipe as the finalist competes in our State Fair and she's just a really nice person. Good luck - this has got to be the winner! Jeanette from Springfield

This recipe is absolutely fabulous! I loved the combination of spinach, cream cheese tomato, etc.!! My husband is not a fan of cream cheese but he thought it was great! I plan on making it for Easter Brunch and try it on my children! I just know it will be one of their favorites! It is just as tasty when cool!!

When I look for an appetizer, I look for one that is easy to prepare, has a great flavor and is something light enough to take my guests into the next course. This delivered! I had a cook-out last night and grilled steak. My main focus was on the grilling. I didn't have time to individually cut out each appetizer or take the time to stuff/fill enough appetizers for my guests. So, I tried this crustini. It's so simple, unroll, fill and bake. You can't get much simplier. But the best thing, my guests were impressed! The flavors were well blended and lead nicely into my marinated steak main dish. Very impressive and creative appetizer. This is a keeper and I personally will use it again and again.

I took this for an office luncheon. I couldn't serve it hot out of the oven, that was a bummer. It was totally cooled by the time it was served. It didn't matter. Everyone went nuts over it. Someone thought I had purchased it at a local bread store/cafe. First, they couldn't believe I made it and second, they really enjoyed everything about this crustini. Great recipe, great flavors, and very easy to make. Even me, a baking novice can make something extraordinary! Thanks Pillsbury, you made me look good today!
