This is the second time we have made this dish the first time we followed the directions to the T and it was good 2 1/2 stars, the second time we made this we changed one thing instead of using 1/3 cup of dry white wine or chicken broth we used them both for a total of 1/2 cup 1/4 cup each and it made a world of difference in the taste, now we give it 4 stars.

This is a good concept, but I found that the rosemary almost overpowered the dish. The boneless pork loin roast, cooked in the crockpot came out too dry.
