Ingredients

: 1 - Pillsbury® Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough 16.5 oz roll

1/3: Cup Chopped Pecans (more or less depending on personal preference)

1/3: Cup Mini Chocolate Chips (more or less depending on personal preference)

: Caramel Ice Cream Topping

Directions

1 Heat oven to 350 degrees
2 Cut sugar cookie dough into 1/2 in thick slices and place on cookie sheet
3 Drizzle a swirl of caramel ice cream topping on each cookie. Caramel will spread, only a quick drizzle is needed.
4 Sprinkle each cookie with mini chocolate chips (as much as personally desired)
5 Sprinkle each cookie with chopped pecans (as much as personally desired)
6 Bake cookies 12-15 minutes (thickness of cookies will determine baking time)
7 Cool cookies 5 minutes and remove from cookie sheet
