Turkey Tortellini Divan

A bit of sour cream gives a smooth, rich finish to this easy take on the classic divan, a saucy poultry-broccoli casserole.

Ingredients

(14 1/2-oz.) can ready-to-serve chicken broth

tablespoons all purpose or unbleached flour

(9-oz.) pkg. Green Giant® Frozen Cut Broccoli

(9-oz.) pkg. refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini

cups cubed smoked turkey breast

cup sour cream
  • 1 In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the broth and the flour; blend until smooth. Set aside.
  • 2 In medium saucepan, bring remaining broth to a boil over medium-high heat. Add broccoli; return to a boil. Stir in tortellini; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until broccoli and tortellini are tender.
  • 3 Stir in turkey. Add flour mixture; cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low; stir in sour cream. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated.
