This is easy to make and tasted good. I'm not a huge gravy fan, so that part was a little thick for me (even though I went with a light/reduced sodium gravy). However, my sister-in-law and husband REALLY enjoyed it.

This recipe is really good, if you like spinach. I went through the effort of making it only to discover that my husband and I really HATE spinach, so we couldn''t even eat it then! But it''s really creamy with great flavors, otherwise. Maybe if you don''t like spinach you could substitute another veggie.
