This was very easy and simple to make. It was good not great, needed more flavor to make it stand out, added a sprinkle of garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and chili powder to it while it was cooking and topping it off with parsley when it was done did improve the flavor. Overall my family liked it and would make again.

This is a favorite in my home. It is SO easy to make and is full of flavor. Kids and adults alike enjoys this creamy rendition of the traditional stroganoff. A plus is all the ingredients needed are items I keep in the kitchen. P.S., if there are leftovers, add a little milk to it to get that creamy consistency.
