lb. bulk turkey breakfast sausage

slices white bread, cubed (8 cups)

oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

cup chopped onion

(9-oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli in a pouch, thawed, drained*

(2-oz.) jar sliced pimientos, drained

cups refrigerated or frozen fat-free egg product, thawed

cups skim milk

teaspoon salt

teaspoon dry mustard
1/2
cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook sausage as directed on package. Layer bread, mozzarella cheese, sausage, onion, broccoli and pimientos in sprayed baking dish.
  2. 2 In medium bowl, combine egg product, milk, salt and mustard; blend well. Pour egg product mixture evenly over sausage mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil; refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. 3 Heat oven to 325°F. Uncover; bake 55 to 70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
