Ingredients

Turkey Sausage (Smoked) Chopped
Angel Hair Pasta
Diced Tomatoes (canned)
Tomato Paste
Tomato Sauce
Olive Oil
Bellpepper (diced or chopped)
Onion (diced or chopped)
Oregano (dried) *The dollar store has great $1 options*
Italian Seasoning (dried) *The dollar store has great $1 options*
Cumin
Garlic Salt
Garlic (pre-diced in jar)
Cayenne Pepper *NOT TOO MUCH!!! my motto is: use like paprika when you can see it, that is enough*

  • 1 In a pot add olive oil and allow to heat the combine garlic, peppers and onions and allow to simmer
  • 2 Then add chopped sausage and allow to brown. Then add a little of all the seasonings and proceed to add canned sauce and tomato paste with the rest of the seasonings.
  • 3 In another pot add water and allow to come to a boil, then add oil oil and salt to water. Then add pasta and stir occasionally until tender. Drain and add more oil oil or butter to prevent binding together.
  • 4 Back to the sauce... stir the sauce occasionally. You can serve over the pasta or combine the pasta.
  • 5 Enjoy with parmesan cheese or any other cheese melted.
  • 6 Serve with Pillsbury Cresant rolls brushed with garlic butter.
