Turkey Salad with Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients

cups lean smoked or cooked turkey breast strips (2 1/2x1/4x1/4 inches)

cup thinly sliced radishes

cup sliced green onions
1/3
cup chopped celery

cup seedless red or green grapes

(8-oz.) can pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice, drained

cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4
cup nonfat plain yogurt

tablespoons purchased mango chutney
4
cups torn Bibb or other lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. 1 In large bowl, combine turkey, radishes, onions, celery, grapes and pineapple; mix well.
  2. 2 In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt and chutney; blend well. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Line 4 individual plates with lettuce. Spoon salad onto lettuce.
