Ingredients

Leftover roast turkey 1-1/2 C chopped

C Leftover stove top stuffing with craisins
1
C Leftover turkey gravy
1
pkg Pillsbury crescent rolls

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375 *
  • 2 Mix left over turkey, dressing and gravy in a large bowl.
  • 3 Unwrap crescent rolls and separate along the perforated lines.
  • 4 Place a large T. of turkey mixture in the center of each crescent.
  • 5 Roll up loosely
  • 6 Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 20 minutes until brown.
  • 7 Serve with leftover or fresh mashed potatoes.My girls love this recipe and ask for it all year long.

These are so yummy. We leave out the crasins. They are perfect for leftovers from christmas or thanksgiving. My family has always known them as turkey turnovers incase anyone is wondering if they are the same thing. They also freeze well for families who like to make meals ahead of time!!

Make extra dressing and plenty of gravy for good leftovers. I just use stove top stuffing and add a couple of handfuls of craisins.
