tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing

French rolls (2 oz each), halved lengthwise

lb thinly sliced cooked lean turkey breast

leaves leaf lettuce
  • 1 In small bowl, mix carrots, raisins, yogurt and mayonnaise.
  • 2 Spread cut sides of both halves of each roll with carrot mixture. Fill each roll with turkey and lettuce leaf. Wrap each sandwich securely with foil or plastic wrap; take with you for an on-the-go dinner.
