Turkey-Jalapeño Quesadillas

Ingredients

cup sour cream

tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

teaspoons Old El Paso™ Taco Seasoning Mix (from 6.25-oz. canister)

(10-inch) flour tortillas
1/2
lb. sliced cooked turkey (from deli)
4
oz. (1 cup) shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/4
cup sliced jalapeño chiles (from 12-oz. jar), coarsely chopped

teaspoons oil

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, combine sour cream, cilantro and taco seasoning mix; mix well. Set aside.
  2. 2 On 2 tortillas, layer turkey, cheese and chiles. Top with remaining tortillas. Brush top of each quesadilla with about 1/2 teaspoon oil.
  3. 3 Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Place 1 quesadilla, oil side down, in skillet; brush top side with about 1/2 teaspoon remaining oil. Cook about 2 minutes or until light golden brown.
  4. 4 Turn quesadilla; cook an additional 2 minutes or until light golden brown. Repeat with remaining quesadilla. Serve with sour cream mixture.
