cup butter, softened

tablespoon Dijon mustard

French-style rolls, split
Lettuce

(1-oz.) slices turkey pastrami

(1-oz.) slices Swiss cheese, cut in half diagonally

(1-oz.) slices cooked turkey

Italian plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, combine butter and mustard; blend well. Spread on both cut sides of each roll.
  2. 2 Arrange lettuce on bottom halves of rolls. Top each with pastrami, cheese, turkey and tomato slices. Cover with top halves of rolls.
