Turkey Fruit Salad with Cranberry Dressing

Ingredients

Dressing

cup cranberry juice cocktail

teaspoon sugar

teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salad

cups torn Boston lettuce

oz. thinly sliced deli cooked turkey breast

cups halved fresh strawberries
2
cups cubed cantaloupe
1/2
cup fresh raspberries

Directions

  1. 1 In small saucepan, combine all dressing ingredients except ice cube; cook over medium heat until bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in ice cube until dissolved and dressing is cooled.
  2. 2 Arrange lettuce evenly on 4 dinner plates. Arrange turkey, strawberries, cantaloupe and raspberries over lettuce. Drizzle dressing over salads or serve with salads.
