Dressing

2/3: cup cranberry juice cocktail

2: teaspoons cornstarch

1: teaspoon sugar

1: teaspoon Dijon mustard

1: ice cube

Salad

4: cups torn Boston lettuce

6: oz. thinly sliced deli cooked turkey breast

2: cups halved fresh strawberries

2: cups cubed cantaloupe

1/2: cup fresh raspberries

Directions

1 In small saucepan, combine all dressing ingredients except ice cube; cook over medium heat until bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in ice cube until dissolved and dressing is cooled.
2 Arrange lettuce evenly on 4 dinner plates. Arrange turkey, strawberries, cantaloupe and raspberries over lettuce. Drizzle dressing over salads or serve with salads.
