  • 1 In small saucepan, combine all dressing ingredients except ice cube; cook over medium heat until bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in ice cube until dissolved and dressing is cooled.
  • 2 Arrange lettuce evenly on 4 dinner plates. Arrange turkey, strawberries, cantaloupe and raspberries over lettuce. Drizzle dressing over salads or serve with salads.
