I just tried to make these, I cant figure out what I am doing wrong, I unroll the dough, spread the cranberries, turkey, and cheese, and roll it up.. it is difficult to work with, the dough is thin, when I try to cut it it just squishes it and all the stuff slides out making a mess all over my cutting board...

While they came out just like the picture, there wasn't that much flavor to them. Next time I'll either add more cranberry or possibly even more cheese.

Fantastic! Made these twice already and each time they tasted better. The cranberry does the trick, nice added flavor. I used honey roasted chicken instead of the turkey and WOW, were they good!

We loved the receipe. We used the crescent rolls and they tasted and looked awesome just like the picture. We spreaded the cranberry sauce like it was jelly and sliced the turkey almost deli thin with the colby jack cheese. Another thing we tried and loved was using cream cheese first than the cranberry sauce and turkey and cheese really yummy!

Made them a second time, but doubled the thickness of the crescent rolls and refrigerated overnight. They were a HUGE hit at our OSU party yesterday!!! And I had run out of Mont Jack cheese, so I used co-jack and delish also!

Just made them & love them! I used the reduced-fat crescent rolls & only half the cheese indicated. Chilling the roll def. helps, as does slow, saw-like cutting. I will make these again.

These pinwheels tasted great, but we not pretty. My sister and I worked on them, and did place the roll in the freezer for a few minutes before cutting...which did help. I would have to practice a few more times before I served at a party or anything. Great for family though! It was a good way to get turkey into my 2 year old!

I had troubles with keeping the dough together also- what I did was refridgerate the dough wrapping tightly in plastic wrap that was coated with spray oil. When you cut them, don't make them too thick (or they will fall apart) and give the dough one last pinch before putting them in the oven to ensure the dough sticks together:) Yummy!

I just made these a couple of hours ago. Do NOT use the crescent rolls...no matter how much you pinch them together they will not hold...use only the flat bread (can't remember what they are called). Have not baked them yet, but it was VERY hard to put together. There is no way they will "look" like the picture!
