I loved this recipe. A friend of mine made it and then I had to make it for my family. It's a favorite at our house. Jillanne

Loved the sandwich!! I just made it with one loaf and baked it as an individual loaf instead of a ring since there are just 4 of us and that includes 2 small children. My husband and I ate it just as written. For the kids I left the lettuce mixture off but still served theirs with the avocado aioli. We all ate it up. This recipe is a keeper. Thanks!

The Parmesan on top of the bread is a great touch--gives it a nice crunch. And the avocado aioli is incredible. I could eat that with lots of things!
