Instead of using frozen broccoli, place 2 cups of uncooked fresh florets in a microwave-safe dish with 2 tablespoons water. Cover; microwave on HIGH for 8 to 12 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Substituting nonfat sour cream and reduced-fat cheese can save about 3 grams of fat per serving.
Offer a green salad and dinner rolls with the meal.
