Turkey Brats with Potatoes and Sauerkraut

Ingredients

lb small red potatoes (12 small)

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

package (19.5 oz) uncooked turkey bratwurst

can (15 or 16 oz) sauerkraut, undrained
1/2
teaspoon caraway seed

Directions

  1. 1 Spray 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into eighths; place in cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place bratwurst on potatoes. Top with sauerkraut. Sprinkle with caraway seed.
  2. 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 7 hours.
  3. 3 Remove bratwurst, potatoes and sauerkraut from cooker with slotted spoon.
