cups chopped cooked turkey breast (about 1/2 lb)

cup barbecue sauce

whole-wheat burger buns, split, lightly toasted

tablespoons shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix turkey and barbecue sauce.
  2. 2 Place toasted bottom halves of buns, cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread each evenly with turkey mixture. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese.
  3. 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until sandwiches are thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Cover with toasted top halves of buns. Wrap each sandwich securely with foil; take with you for an on-the-go dinner.
