Turkey-Artichoke Focaccia Sandwich

(12.5-oz.) focaccia (Italian flat bread), 10 to 12 inches in diameter

(14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped

red bell pepper, chopped
1
medium cucumber, seeded, chopped

cup purchased Italian salad dressing

lb. thinly sliced deli smoked turkey breast

(1 1/2-oz.) slices provolone cheese

cup fresh alfalfa sprouts

Directions

  1. 1 Heat focaccia as directed on package.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine artichoke hearts, bell pepper, cucumber and salad dressing; mix well.
  3. 3 Place 1 focaccia, flat side up, on cutting board. Top with half of the turkey, all of the vegetable mixture, the remaining turkey, cheese and sprouts. Cover with remaining focaccia, flat side down. If necessary, secure with toothpicks. Cut into 8 wedges.
