Hearty dinner ready in just 20 minutes! Enjoy this tasty turkey in tomato-cream sauce, served over pasta.

cups uncooked rotini pasta (8 oz)
1/3
lb cooked honey-roasted turkey breast

container (15 oz) refrigerated marinara sauce
1/2
cup reduced-fat sour cream

tablespoons finely shredded Parmesan cheese

tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps

  • 1 In 3-quart saucepan, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain; cover to keep warm.
  • 2 Meanwhile, cut turkey into 1x1/4x1/4-inch strips. In 8-inch skillet, heat marinara sauce over medium heat. Stir in sour cream until well blended. Stir in turkey; cook until hot.
  • 3 Serve cooked sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
