Ingredients

3: cups uncooked rotini pasta (8 oz)

1/3: lb cooked honey-roasted turkey breast

1: container (15 oz) refrigerated marinara sauce

1/2: cup reduced-fat sour cream

2: tablespoons finely shredded Parmesan cheese

2: tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

1 In 3-quart saucepan, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain; cover to keep warm.
2 Meanwhile, cut turkey into 1x1/4x1/4-inch strips. In 8-inch skillet, heat marinara sauce over medium heat. Stir in sour cream until well blended. Stir in turkey; cook until hot.
3 Serve cooked sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
