oz. (2 1/2 cups) uncooked penne (tube-shaped pasta)

(16-oz.) pkg. frozen bell pepper stir-fry

cups cubed cooked turkey
1/2
cup skim milk

(10 3/4-oz.) can condensed 98%-fat-free cream of chicken soup with 30% less sodium

Directions

  1. 1 Cook penne to desired doneness as directed on package.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add bell pepper stir-fry; cook and stir 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  3. 3 Stir in turkey, milk and soup; mix well. Cook until bubbly, stirring occasionally. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4 Drain penne. Add to turkey mixture; toss to combine.
