Turkey and Pea Pods with Teriyaki Honey Dressing

Add Asian flavored salad to your meal! Vegetables and turkey mixed with sweet and tangy dressing makes a wonderful dinner.

Ingredients

Salad

(12-oz.) pkg. American-style salad greens or 6 cups torn leaf lettuce
1/2
lb. thinly sliced oven-roasted turkey breast, cut into strips

cups fresh snow pea pods, trimmed, blanched*

red bell pepper, cut into thin bite-sized strips
1/3
cup sliced green onions
1/2
cup chow mein noodles

Dressing

tablespoons honey

tablespoons orange juice
2
tablespoons teriyaki sauce

teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 1 Arrange salad greens on serving platter. Top with all remaining salad ingredients except chow mein noodles.
  • 2 In small bowl or cup, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Drizzle dressing over salad. Top with chow mein noodles.
