This is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! So easy and very yummy!

I was surprised how good these were. I spread a little butter on the outsides, so the bread toasted up nicely. Next time I'm going to try spreading the cream cheese on one side of the sandwich only. We thought both sides was a bit too much.
