Turkey and Cauliflower Open Faced Sandwiches

Ingredients

can Pillsbury™ refrigerated crusty French loaf

boxes (10 oz each) Green Giant™ frozen cauliflower & cheese sauce
2
teaspoons harissa
2
cloves garlic, finely chopped
3/4
lb thinly sliced deli turkey breast

lemon wedges

fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray large cookie sheet with Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray.
  2. 2 Cut loaf of dough in half crosswise to make 2 loaves. Place loaves seam sides down and 3 inches apart on cookie sheet. Using sharp knife, cut 3 diagonal 1/2-inch-deep slashes on top of each loaf. Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
  3. 3 Meanwhile, microwave both pouches of vegetables as directed on box, microwaving 8 to 9 minutes. In medium bowl, mix vegetables, harissa and garlic.
  4. 4 Set oven control to broil. With serrated knife, cut loaves in half horizontally; place cut sides up on same cookie sheet. Place turkey on each loaf half. Top with cauliflower mixture. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 4 to 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  5. 5 Squeeze lemon wedge over each sandwich; sprinkle with basil and a dash of black pepper.
