Ingredients

tablespoons fat-free plain yogurt

tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing

can (8 oz) pineapple tidbits in juice, drained

can (6 oz) white tuna in water, drained, flaked

cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4
cup coarsely chopped water chestnuts

teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

tablespoons sunflower nuts

kaiser rolls, split

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, mix yogurt and mayonnaise until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients except rolls.
  2. 2 Fill each roll with about 1/2 cup tuna mixture. Wrap each sandwich securely with foil or plastic wrap; take with you for an on-the-go dinner.
