A lovely spring dish made with noodles, frozen vegetables, canned tuna and refrigerated Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. (1 1/2 cups) uncooked rotini (spiral pasta)
  • 1 (1-lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
  • 1 (10-oz.) container refrigerated light Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (5-oz.) can water-packed white tuna, drained, flaked
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps

    Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.
  • 2
    Meanwhile, in large saucepan, cook vegetables as directed on package until crisp-tender. Drain well; return to saucepan. Stir in Alfredo sauce; cook and stir over medium-low heat until smooth.

    Gently stir tuna and pepper into vegetable mixture in saucepan; cook until mixture is hot.
  • 4
    Serve vegetable mixture over rotini.
