Ingredients

can (6 oz.) tuna in water, drained, flaked

can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4
cup shredded carrot

tablespoons light mayonnaise

whole wheat or white pita breads (6 inch)
Leaf lettuce, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, combine tuna, pineapple, carrot and mayonnaise; mix well.
  2. 2 Cut pita breads in half crosswise; open each half to form pocket. Place lettuce and 1/4 cup tuna mixture in each pocket.
