Ingredients

(46-oz.) can (5 3/4 cups) pineapple juice, chilled
3/4
cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed (half 12-oz. can)
1 1/2
to 2 cups rum

(1-liter) bottle (4 1/4 cups) club soda, chilled
Dash bitters

Directions

  1. 1 In large nonmetal pitcher or punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, limeade concentrate and rum; mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
  2. 2 Just before serving, stir in club soda and bitters. Serve over ice in glasses. If desired, garnish each serving with wedge of fresh pineapple and maraschino cherry.
