Papaya adds tropical flavor to this tasty rice salad that's ready in 25 minutes - perfect for a side dish.

Ingredients

cups cooked regular long-grain white rice (cooked as directed on package, omitting margarine and salt)

large tomato, finely chopped

small ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped

medium jalapeño chiles, seeded, chopped (2 tablespoons)

cup loosely packed chopped fresh cilantro

tablespoons finely chopped red onion

teaspoons sugar

Steps
