Give a tropical twist to this Mexican dish – Enjoy these delicious burritos peanut butter and tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 4 flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • 4 tablespoons drained crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice
  • 1 large banana, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons coconut

Steps

  • 1
    Spread about 1 tablespoon peanut butter on each tortilla. Top each with 1 tablespoon pineapple, 1/4 of the banana slices and 1 tablespoon coconut.

    Roll up each tortilla. Serve immediately.
