Tried to make this for the last 4 days and my husband kept coming up with something else he wanted. He ran out of excuses/ideas yesterday so I made this. Big hit - we both loved it. He told me he was skeptical about the recipe, and was glad I wouldn't let it drop. He even asked for seconds. Quick, tasty, and simple. I couldn't find pineapple tidbits in my store so I bought chunks and cut them up. Perfect blend of flavors. Definitely a keeper.
