Heat oven to 375°F. Grease large cookie sheet. In small bowl, combine powdered sugar and cream cheese; mix until smooth. Stir in coconut, egg yolk and pineapple; blend well.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits. In another small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Dip top and sides of each biscuit in melted margarine, then in sugar mixture. Place rolls, sugared side up, 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. With thumb, make wide indentation in center of each roll; fill with heaping tablespoonful cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with almonds.
Bake at 375°F. for 13 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
