Ingredients

cup powdered sugar

(3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

cup coconut

egg yolk

(8-oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained

(12-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Jr. Golden Layers® refrigerated biscuits

cup sugar

teaspoon cinnamon

tablespoons margarine or butter, melted

cup sliced almonds

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Grease large cookie sheet. In small bowl, combine powdered sugar and cream cheese; mix until smooth. Stir in coconut, egg yolk and pineapple; blend well.
  2. 2 Separate dough into 10 biscuits. In another small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Dip top and sides of each biscuit in melted margarine, then in sugar mixture. Place rolls, sugared side up, 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. With thumb, make wide indentation in center of each roll; fill with heaping tablespoonful cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with almonds.
  3. 3 Bake at 375°F. for 13 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
