it was good but this is not a recipe. this is doctoring up already pull-pork from a tub. anyone can make someone else's recipe taste a bit better. no big deal. I wouldn't bother.

This sounds like a strange sandwich but it actually is VERY tasty, one suggestion is to slice the bell pepper a little thicker.
