We love this recipe - very easy and everyone likes it. I make it 2-3 times during the holidays, and it always get eaten quickly. We don't alwsys use all the nuts. Heck, sometimes we make it without nuts.

Very good and simple. You do need a candy thermometer. I won a prize with it! If cooking at 4000 feet, you need twice the pans.

This recipe was easy and it took me less time than the directions said. I think this is a great teacher gift for the holidays.
