Very good-not quite as moist as I would have liked. I also agree I needed more of the so it would coat the top and drip down the sides better. I will take out the cake a few minutes earlier and make more topping the next time.

This chocolate torte was fabulous tasting. I made it using Ghiradelli bittersweet chips, as well as for the topping, I also used the Ghiradelli white chocolate chips. Well worth the extra few pennies to buy the better quality chocolate. I used a plain Hershey Bar to do the chocolate squiggles on top. The only change I would make is to make more of the white chocolate topping than called for to be on the safe side. I didn't have enough to make the dribbles on the side, but this could be my fault as well, as I left it in the fridge a few minutes longer than called for. Others at dinner also loved it and said to definitely put it on the keeper list!

This cake was fabulous. I served it to a group of friends who loved it so much they asked me to make it again for our next gathering. It really makes a difference what brand of chocolate you use. I used Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate bits for the cake and the Ghirardelli white bar chocolate for the icing the first time and then tried to substitute regular white chocolate chips for the icing the second time. I ended up throwing the second icing out and went out to buy the Ghirardelli bar the next day to re-make the icing. I also served the cake with a little french vanilla ice cream. It cut the richness of the cake a little making it the perfect accompaniment.
