Triple Berry Biscuit Shortcakes

cup fresh blueberries

cup fresh raspberries

cup sliced fresh strawberries

to 2 teaspoons powdered sugar

cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Bake biscuits as directed on bag. Place on plate. Cool uncovered in refrigerator 10 minutes.
  • 2 In medium bowl, mix berries and powdered sugar.
  • 3 To serve, split biscuits; fill with berries. Top with whipped cream.
