For a slightly firmer cookie, add an extra 1/4c. of wheat flour.

These cookies are scrumptious and very easy to make. I omitted the coconut and they were still tasty. The taste of the two different chocolates is amazing. Definitely will be a family favorite.

Similar to chocolate chip in taste, but with that extra something. When I made them I got 3 1/2 dozen of nice size cookies.

These cookies turn out especially well when mixed by hand and baked on a baking stone.
