Heat tortillas as directed on package. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine avocado dip and cream cheese; blend well.
Spread avocado mixture evenly over each warm tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge. Arrange beef, lettuce, cheese and sprouts over avocado mixture. Top with salsa. (If sandwiches are made ahead, omit salsa inside tortillas; serve as a dip with sandwiches.)
Roll up each tortilla; secure with toothpicks. Serve immediately, or wrap securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.
