Ingredients

lb. lean ground beef

(16-oz.) can Old El Paso™ Refried Beans

(8-oz.) can tomato sauce
1
cup Old El Paso™ Salsa
1/2
cup sour cream
4
oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
2
cups shredded lettuce
2
medium tomatoes, chopped
8
oz. (5 cups) tortilla chips

Directions

  1. 1 Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
  2. 2 Add refried beans, tomato sauce and salsa; mix well. Cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.
  3. 3 In small bowl, combine sour cream and cheese; mix well. Spoon over beef mixture. Cover; cook over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat. Top with lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
