Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas from 1 package (8.2 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas (10 Count)
  • 1/4 cup from 1 bottle (9 oz) Old El Paso™ Mild Taco Sauce
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded taco-flavored cheese blend

Steps

  • 1
    Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon taco sauce. Top each with 1/4 cup cheese. Roll up each tortilla.
  • 2
    Place 1 rolled tortilla on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 30 to 40 seconds or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining rolled tortillas.

  • Microwave ovens vary in how fast they cook. Check the tortilla after the minimum time specified. The cheese should be smooth and melted, but not heated so much that the oil begins to bead up on the surface of the cheese.
